I’m Eva, founder of Pushy Friend.

I’m a Personal Trainer and coach, but more importantly,
I specialise in helping people who can’t seem to stay consistent.

Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they lack discipline.

But because no one showed them how to make fitness work in real life.

That’s what I do.
